Mayan is a bacterial concentrate. The bacteria in the Mayan are encapsulated and dormant until agitated, giving them a long and stable shelf life. When the concentrate is diluted in water and aerated, the encapsulation dissolves and the bacterial populations become active and multiply. Brew the Mayan like a compost tea, aerating and adding your favorite food source, we like to use Humboldt Honey ES.
